2026 PE RETREATS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to your booking with PE Retreats ACN 677 242 214 (PE Retreats, we, us). By making your booking you are irrevocably agreeing to enter into a contract with us on these terms and conditions. That contract becomes binding
immediately on our confirmation of your booking.

DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. “You” refers to the guest booking a retreat. “We” refers to PE Retreats. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

PRICES
All advertised retreat prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied by us for any reason
without notice prior to booking and payment. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
Retreat prices are per person, based on shared (sharing with another retreat guest or a nominated
friend/partner) unless otherwise specified for private room options. Prices do not include flights, visas,
travel insurance, or transfers unless expressly stated. We may increase the price of your booking at any time before your booking is paid in full to reflect changes in costs beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel prices, or
government taxes, levies and fees.

PAYMENT POLICY
To secure a place on a retreat, payment must be made either in full at the time of booking, or via an instalment plan available through the PE Retreats website (www.peretreats.com.au). Any payment towards a retreat constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you select a payment plan, you must make each instalment by the due dates indicated. Failure to do so may
result in automatic cancellation of your booking, with forfeiture of all payments made to date.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
For all international retreats, you must obtain travel insurance covering all dates and destinations of travel. Your insurance must cover at least: trip interruption, personal injury, medical expenses, evacuation and
repatriation cover (including in the event of pandemic, epidemic or communicable disease).
You acknowledge that PE Retreats is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held
liable if your failure to arrange suitable insurance leaves you exposed financially, medically, or otherwise. Proof
of travel insurance may be requested prior to retreat commencement, and failure to provide such proof may
result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
You must declare all relevant health, medical, or dietary conditions at the time of booking, and update us if your
circumstances change. We may require a medical certificate confirming your suitability to participate. You remain wholly responsible for your own health, safety and wellbeing during the retreat, including during all
activities. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in exclusion from activities or the retreat at your
expense. You must also ensure compliance with vaccination or health entry requirements of the destination country.
PE Retreats offers a range of retreats including fitness-focused, wellness-focused, cultural, and lifestyle experiences. Participation in any activity is voluntary, and you are free to decline or discontinue at any time.
Guests must be aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and any required entry documentation. Many countries require a minimum of six months passport validity from date of entry. No refunds or credits will be provided for
inability to travel due to insufficient documentation.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
● If you cancel within 24 hours of booking (and more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date), you are
entitled to a full refund.
● If you cancel more than 120 days before your retreat start date, you will be refunded 50% of amounts
paid, less any unrecoverable third-party costs.

● If you cancel between 120 and 90 days prior to your retreat start date, you will forfeit 75% of the retreat
fee.
● If you cancel 90 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit 100% of all monies paid.

No credits or refunds are provided for late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend.
Guests may transfer their booking to another retreat more than 60 days prior to commencement, subject to
availability and a $250 transfer fee. Guest substitutions (transferring a booking to another person) are only
permitted with prior approval from PE Retreats and may incur an administration fee.

PE RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY
While we do not anticipate cancelling any retreat, if PE Retreats must cancel, you will be offered:
● a transfer of your booking to another scheduled retreat; or
● a refund of payments made, less any unrecoverable third-party costs already committed.

If cancellation occurs due to events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, political unrest,
airline strikes, quarantine, epidemic, pandemic, or other force majeure events), PE Retreats will be relieved
from performance obligations. Refunds or credits will be provided only to the extent possible after accounting
for non-recoverable costs.
PE Retreats is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for a cancelled retreat, including but not
limited to airfares, visas, accommodation, or loss of income.
If a retreat is postponed due to circumstances outside our control, you will be offered your choice of a transfer
to the rescheduled date or a credit valid for 18 months.

CREDIT NOTES
Credit notes issued by PE Retreats are valid for 18 months from date of issue unless otherwise agreed in
writing. Credit notes are not redeemable for cash.

THIRD PARTIES
PE Retreats is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, including accommodation providers,
transport operators, facilitators, or contractors engaged in connection with a retreat.

GENERAL WAIVER AND LIABILITY
By booking you acknowledge that participation in retreat activities is voluntary and may involve risk. You
release, indemnify and hold harmless PE Retreats, its employees, officers, agents, coaches, teachers,
contractors, and affiliates from all claims, demands, damages or liabilities arising from your participation,
except where such liability arises from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
You confirm that you are in good health and proper physical condition to participate in retreat activities. You
accept full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to property incurred during the retreat.

PRIVACY
By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of providing retreat services, including disclosure to third-party service providers. You also consent to receiving
marketing communications from us, which you may opt out of at any time.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
By attending a retreat, you grant PE Retreats an irrevocable licence to use any photographs, images, or video taken during the retreat in all forms of media, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, and advertising, for commercial purposes. You waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product and release PE Retreats from all claims in connection with such use.

COMMUNICABLE DISEASE POLICY
If a retreat is cancelled or postponed due to an outbreak of a communicable disease or government-imposed
restrictions, PE Retreats will be relieved of all contractual obligations and refunds or credits will be issued insofar as possible after accounting for unrecoverable costs.
Guests must comply with all applicable health and entry requirements (including vaccinations, testing, or quarantine, if mandated by authorities). Failure to comply may result in denial of participation without refund.
